My name is Art Smith and I am a retired business owner living here in Austin Texas.
I sold my Electronics business back in 2002 to spend more time with my family and to pursue my hobbies.
My two absolute favorite hobbies are Classic Cars and Photography…..so naturally, a LOT of my pictures are of Classic Cars and Automotive related stuff.
I am an amateur photographer still trying to learn how to take a decent picture.

Hey artsmith7 … I’m an 85 year old curmudgeon living in Kerrville, Texas and doing my thing making digital images, slide shows and now I’m struggling to branch into video and movie making. My daughter just recently set up this WordPress account and I’m slowlin learning to post and navigate the troubled waters of cyber travel. My specialty is movie reviews for a group of senior folks. Happiness is doing and I believe one of the last thing we can do is watch movies … so it goes. Talk later.
Art, I came upon a comment you made on a post about Ford and technology. Your gallery style blog is terrific! Just wanted to share that I have a friend in SC who is also retired, a hobby photographer, and a classic car enthusiast. He has four vintage Fords and is part of a car club. Just thought it was an interesting coincidence. : )
